There is no need to clean up or clean out before calling me out to take a look. Please don't throw out anything. I will do all the work it takes to organize, clean up, price your items, advertise and promote your estate sale. I have the best team that assists me with the prep and execution of your sale.
After your estate sale I will clear everything out leaving you with a nice empty space. All is included in the percentage that I charge to hold your sale. Rates vary based on the amount and quality of things to be sold. Consultations are free.
